Mitchell recognized by board

Celeste Mitchell, a 12th grade student at Cumberland High School, was recognized by the Cumberland School Board at the meeting held on May 4. She won the FFA Southeast Extemporaneous Public Speaking competition. She will represent the Southeast area for the state title at the Virginia FFA State Convention in June.
