The Trustees of Alexander Hill Baptist Church along with the Preservation Committee recently received an $8,000 gift from the Bama Works Fund of Dave Matthews Band at the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation, according to a press release. Many local churches, church choirs and private citizens also made donations in 2018.
