Leslie Morgan Mark, the daughter of Daniel and Patricia Carr Mark of Sterling and the granddaughter of the late Lester and Roberta Carr of Prospect, received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Richmond.

She attended Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia where she received a doctorate in medicine, MD. Leslie will begin her residency at Atlantic Health System in Morristown, New Jersey.
