In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $124,352.00, with an annual interest rate of 4.0000% from ERIC LEE AND DOMINIQUE LEE dated August 6, 2010, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD as Deed Book/Instrument Number 201001334, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Prince Edward located at 124 N. Main Street, Farmville, Virginia on April 29, 2013 at 10:00 AM, the property with improvements to wit:
Lot No. 16 containing 6.46 acres and Lot 16-A containing .09 acre, as shown on that certain plat entitled “Holiday Hills Subdivision, Sheet II, made by Ralph P. Hines, C.L.S., and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia in Plat Book 004, at page 199.
AND further described in the above Deed of Trust.
