James P. Scott, 75 of Rice, Virginia, passed away September 15, 2019. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 21, 11 a.m. at M. Zion 2nd Baptist Church, Green Bay with interment in the church cemetery. Oliver Eggleston Funeral Establishment is serving the family.
