Lucas Hobson, a Longwood University College of Business and Economics student, completed his internship this summer with Enterprise Holdings. Hobson recently received the Top Sale Scholarship and Project Scholarship through Enterprise.

“I am so honored and thankful to have received this award, said Lucas. Everyone at the branch I interned with was so kind and willing to help in any way possible. Longwood’s CBE helped me prepare with the necessary skills and resources to be so successful and for allowing me to show what a Lancer has to offer to Enterprise. This internship was truly one of a kind and helped me develop as a young business professional.”

According to Hobson’s supervisor at Enterprise, “Lucas was an absolute pleasure to have at the office. He jumped in, ready to go, on his first day and was an integral part of our operation throughout his internship. He took ownership of all of his assignments and showed outstanding management potential as he took the initiative to help train new employees. When asked if I would recommend Lucas for a full time position, I had no hesitation to say ‘Yes!’”
