The Farmville Town Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 12:00 pm in the Council Chamber of the Town Hall, located at 116 North Main Street, Farmville, VA for the purpose of receiving comments on the conveyance of real estate presently held by the Town of Farmville and known as “The Field of Dreams” to Prince Edward/Farmville Youth Association. The property is identified as:

ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE or parcel of land, with buildings and improvements thereon, located on Industrial Park Road (Va. Rt. 676) and West Third Street, US Rt. 460 (Bus) in the Town of Farmville, Prince Edward County, Virginia.

The aforesaid conveyance is subject to terms and conditions as forth by the Farmville Town Council.

Any person wishing to comment on the above-mentioned matter should plan to attend this hearing.
