A closed session meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, July 25, to discuss the Cumberland County Attorney position, according to a notice from the county.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Cumberland County Courthouse.

Vivian Seay Giles, former county attorney and county administrator, recently began post with Sands Anderson PC, located in Richmond.

Don Unmussig was recently appointed county administrator for Cumberland and began Monday, July 15.
