The conditional use permit for Pineview Groceries, the Amish bulk-foods store, was renewed by the Cumberland County Board of Supervisors during its meeting Tuesday.

The conditional use permit for the store, located at the intersection of Plank and Airport roads, was approved by the board in August of 2017. The store opened in 2018.

The permit would not need to be renewed again until August of 2020.

Planning and Zoning Director J.P. Duncan said during the Tuesday meeting that the store has presented no issues since it opened.

The board approved the permit with a unanimous vote.
