Lula Annette Glenn, 91 Of Prospect Dies Friday

PROSPECT, April 20 – Lula Annette Forbes Glenn, 91, of Prospect, died Friday, April 16, 2004 in Prospect.

She was born April 17, 1912 In Cumberland County, a daughter of the late John Brooks and Ila Lee Agee Forbes. She was the widow of Henry Hopklns Glenn.

Mrs. Glenn was a member of Prospect United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Tola Glenn Morgan and LaNette Glenn Coleman both of Prospect; her five grandchildren, Mary Annette Morgan Dunn and her husband. Jimmy of Stony Creek, Rob Morgan, Jr. of Richmond, Jimmy Coleman and his wife, Monica, Phyllis Coleman Mason and her husband. Al and Rosa Coleman Thomas and her husband. Darin all of Prospect; five great grandchildren, Cody and Samantha Dunn, Megan and Joel Thomas and Brooke Coleman; one sister-in-law, Jennie Glenn Webb of Farmville; many cousins and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Lynwood Agee Forbes.

A funeral service was held 2 p.m. Sunday at Prospect United Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery.

Shorter Funeral Home, Farmville, was in charge of arrangements.
