Bring Fido out for a First Day Hike for dogs at High Bridge Trail State Park on Jan. 1. from 11 a.m.-noon.

This hike will be a 1-mile hike under High Bridge. Dress for the weather, wear closed-toed shoes and bring any supplies you or Fido may need.

Your dog must be on a 6-foot leash. Retractable leashes, voice command and wireless leashes/shock collars do not qualify as a 6-foot leash.

Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of High Bridge Trail.

Children are allowed, and there is no extra event fee.
