Lois Mitchell, Site Manager, of Farm Ridge Apartments in Farmville, received the Director’s Award for Outstanding Site Manager for 2018 at the Partnership Property Management Annual Awards Banquet held in Greensboro, North Carolina, Nov. 15.

According to a release the award was presented by Ed Dallape, Executive Director. Mitchell was chosen from nominees of over 50 properties who have shown continued professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication to their property.

The release went on to say, “Mitchell has worked with Partnership Property Management for eight years and was nominated by her Property Manager, Susan Elliott. She was chosen for this prestigious award due to her excellence in meeting budgetary goals, maintaining quality housing and superb relations with the residents. Lois continually demonstrates her desire to go above and beyond to keep her residents in safe, affordable and quality housing in Cumberland County.”
