Cumberland County Landfill Awareness Committee welcomes all citizens of Cumberland County and surrounding counties to a community meeting concerning the proposed landfill to learn more and receive information about the stand against this issue. A large crowd attended the annual Thanking luncheon at the home of James and Virginia Boyles of Cumberland on Sunday. Everyone enjoyed a nice time.

The Cumberland County Board of Supervisors monthly meeting is held every second Tuesday unless otherwise announced at 7 p.m. in the Cumberland County Court Room.
