“A widespread moderate to locally heavy rainfall is expected Thursday,” documentation from the National Weather Service cited. “Another one to two inches of rain will fall on already saturated grounds from Tuesday’s rainfall. The runoff from the rainfall could produce minor flooding, particularly in low lying and poor drainage areas as well as near creeks, streams, and ditches. Street flooding is also possible.”
