Stocktons gather at Fuqua

Mary Jo Stockton and son Sean have returned home following an extended visit to Scotland visiting her parents and brothers and their families.
Jeff Smith spent this last week attending Augusta Heritage held at Davis & Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia.
The Rev. Buddy Woodson delivered the morning worship service at Appomattox P.E. Presbyterian church.
Judy Bolt hosted lunch for the family at her home following the service. Those joining Bolt for lunch were the Rev. Buddy Woodson and his wife Lois, Chris Bolt, Jennifer Jones and son Thomas, Douglas and Betty Jean Bolt, Steve Bolt and granddaughters Haley and Payden Murdock, Ashley Bolt, Ron Paythess, Sharon Canterbury and two grandchildren, Flora Bolt, Stacy Goss and Jeni Bolt and sons Joshua and Jacob.
The annual Stockton Reunion was held on Saturday, July 28, at Fuqua School with Rhonda Rowland as chairman. There was plenty of good food and fellowship.
Those attending were Coy Lee and Judy Harris of Flag Pond, Tennessee, Iva and Mike Sizemore of Clarksville, Geri and Danny Newcomb of Buffalo Junction, Brian Price and daughter Courtney of Buffalo Junction, Cathy Higgins and daughters of College Point, Texas, J.W. and Sue Higgins of Roanoke, Richard and Margaret Stockton of Tuggle, Lon and Mary Jo Stockton, Sean Stockton, Michelle Walker all of Farmville, Kenneth and Kathy Stockton of Midlothian, Frances and John Turner of Farmville, Cameron Jr. and Carol Shelton of Richmond and Wilkie Chaffin of Five Forks. Julie Shotwell and daughter Kat of Chicago visited her parents Don and Betty Meadows a while back. Kate was looking at colleges. Betty and Don were delighted to see them.
Friends and neighbors continue to pray for Anita French, Judy Derflinger, Betty Meadows, Don Meadows and Betty Jean Bolt. Neighbors and friends are extending their sincere sympathy to the families of Edna Wood and Butch LaGrande. Appomattox P.E. Presbyterian Church at Tuggle welcomes you to worship with them each Sunday. Harlan Austin will be with them this Sunday.
The membership of Davis Memorial Presbyterian Church at Prospect welcomes you to come and worship with them every Sunday; Sunday school is at 10 a.m. with worship at 11 a.m. Calvary Chapel-Farmville welcomes you to worship with them on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. and each week on Wednesday evening for Bible Study for all age groups at 7 p.m. The Church is located at 302 Industrial Park Road, in the former Stackpole- Carbone building.
The Remnant Church welcomes you to worship with them on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m.; Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. and Sunday nights at 6:30 p.m. The pastor is Jeff Spencer. The church is located at 1825 E. Third St., Farmville in the old Cedar Brook Restaurant building. Concord Baptist Church at 12053 Francisco Road, Farmville has their Sunday School at 10 a.m. with worship service at 11 a.m. Concord Baptist will be holding their Homecoming on Aug. 12 with lunch to follow the morning worship service.
