The Prince Edward-Farmville Youth Association (PEFYA) Field of Dreams complex has been the place to be since July 13 if you are a softball fan. Farmville has played host to the state tournaments for four different Dixie Softball age groups: SweeTees (ages 4-6), Darlings (ages 7-8), Belles (ages 13-15) and Debs (ages 16-18). Softball at many stages of development has been on display side-by-side with the excited cheers of family and fans accompanying it all. The Heart of Virginia was represented at each age level by either PEFYA, Buckingham or both.
