INFORMATIONAL MEETING, 7 p.m. at the Randolph District Firehouse. David Meinhard, 4th District Supervisor, will be present to meet with district residents, provide information, and answer questions about the proposed landfill. He also seeks to determine the feelings of District residents toward the landfill project. All district residents are urged to attend.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL DAY CAMP, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at Maysville Baptist Church in Buckingham Courthouse. The closing program will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday. All activities are free and open to the public. Register at drop off Friday at 8:30 a.m. or by visiting the Maysville Baptist Church Facebook page.

HAT RALLY SERVICE, 3 p.m. at Midway Baptist Church, 837 Guinea Road. The Voices of Unity will be in concert. Men and women are asked to wear and model their favorite hat. All are welcome.
FARMVILLE HIGH SCHOOL REUNION, 3 p.m. at the home of Dickie Cralle, 1 Hudson Street, Farmville. Bring a heavy hors d’ oeuvre to share. Bring a chair. Casual dress.
ANNUAL WOMEN’S CONFERENCE, 8 a.m. – noon at Rocky Mount Baptist Church, 919 Stoney Point Road, Cumberland. Guest speaker, Minister Sandy Patterson, Associate Minister at Dillwyn Holy Temple, Dillwyn. She will also be the guest preacher for 11 a.m. Women’s Day Worship Service Sunday.
YOUTH SERVICE, 4 p.m. at Mt. Zion 2nd Baptist Church, Green Bay, is postponed to a later date.
DELMA’S PANTRY, is open from 8:30 – 10 a.m. on the first and fourth Saturdays of every month at the Cumberland Community Cares building, 1550 Anderson Highway. This is an income-based food pantry. Photo ID required.
CAMPING ON HIGH BRIDGE, to celebrate the weekend designated as the Great American Campout at High Bridge Trail State Park. Learn basic skills related to camping, including programs about campfire cooking, fire starting, camping basics, gear suggestions and the camaraderie of a campfire.

CBC MISSIONARY CIRCLE ANNUAL DAY, 3 p.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 16 Horsepen Road, Farmville. The Springfield Travelers of Keysville will be in concert. Come and help us lift Jesus.
3RD CHOIR ANNIVERSARY, 3 p.m. for the Mt. Moriah Upper Room Baptist Church Adult Choir, Tuggle Road, Farmville. Various choirs on the program. Light refreshments will be served before the program beginning a 1 p.m. All are welcome.

100 MEN IN BLACK PROGRAM, 3 p.m. at Jericho Baptist Church, 615 Franklin St., Farmville. Guest speaker on the Theme: “Dressed for the Test” will be the Rev. Dr. Cavell Phillips, Assistant Pastor of the Richmond Christian Center and the 106.5 “The Beat” radio host. The program will pay tribute to men in black suits from the counties of Amelia, Buckingham, Cumberland, Lunenburg, Nottoway and Prince Edward. The event will benefit Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). All are welcome.
