Lois Mitchell, Certified Site Manager of Farm Ridge Apartments in Farmville, received the 2018 Virginia Multi-Family Housing Site Manager of the Year for Elderly Housing at the Virginia Council of Affordable Housing Awards Luncheon held in Staunton. This award was presented by Ora Rollins, USDA RD Multi-Family Housing Director for Virginia and Paula Wilson, USDA Rural Development Area Specialist. Mitchell has worked with Partnership Property Management for seven years and was nominated by Senior Regional Property Manager Susan Elliott of Gretna.
