Cumberland County High School’s Class of 2018 united Friday evening in the school’s gymnasium to commemorate the end of one chapter of their lives and the beginning of another. After the last strains of Edward Elgar’s “Pomp and Circumstance” had faded at the end of the evening’s commencement exercises, students gathered near the cafeteria with their families and each other, many of them taking photos to help them remember the occasion.
