MEHERRIN, April 8 — Robert John Halstead Kugler, 72, of Meherrin, died Tuesday, March 8, 2014 in Farmville.

He is survived by a son, Robert Kugler and family; three stepdaughters, Sandy Williams and her husband, Pete, Donna Keller and her husband, Bob and Jeanette Franklin and her husband, Maurice; two stepsons, Ronald Donnerstag and his wife, Lisa and Ryan Donnerstag; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Kugler.

Donations can be made to the local fire department or E.M.S.

Services will be held at a later date.
