Fourth suspect charged in burglary, car thefts

Farmville Police have arrested and charged a fourth suspect in connection to the thefts of three vehicles, and for allegedly taking part in breaking into Farmville Sporting Goods on March 9.
With assistance from the Blackstone Police Department, Farmville Police arrested Devin Anthony James Walcott, 19, of Glenn Allen. Walcott was arrested at a Blackstone residence without incident Monday morning. Walcott has been charged with one count of breaking and entering into Farmville Sporting Goods, six counts of grand larceny, and three counts of destroying private property. Walcott is currently being held at Piedmont Regional Jail without bond.
Petitions remain on file for a fifth suspect, a 17-year-old male from Crewe.
