Thank you for your recent front page article, “ACP issued violation.” Press releases by the corporation glosses over the possible impacts of the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline industrial development in our communities here in the heart of Virginia.

Local residents have been missing the complete story on what the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP) means for them. This may help to fill that hole. ACP resisters have been working for 3 and a half years in Buckingham County and across the region to establish fair and balanced reporting on the impacts of the proposed high-pressure pipeline and industrial–grade compressor station in our community.

Your paper bravely asked for this sort of information in a September 2015 article, “Pipeline forum is needed in Buckingham,” which never came.
