Pictured right is the Buckingham County High School girls varsity basketball team. On Wednesday, February 19, the Buckingham County High School girls varsity basketball team took a 60-40 win over the visiting Chatham High School Cavaliers. Buckingham's Shae Hurt led the Knights offense with 23 points. She was followed by Tamara Lewis with 13, while Micaila Coleman and Robyn Davis scored six points apiece. Coleman was a leading defense player for the Knights with 12 rebounds and four steals. Kristen Gough also had 12 rebounds, while blocking twice.
