According to a press release, the Honolulu-Pacific Federal Executive Board promotes and delivers programs and services related to Emergency Readiness, Employee Safety and Security, Federal Workforce Development and Support as well as Strategic Interagency Partnerships. Stacey also serves as the General Services Administration (GSA) Area Manager for Asia Pacific — i.e., including Hawaii, Guam, Japan and South Korea. As the senior GSA representative for Hawaii and the Asia Pacific Basin, Franklin oversees the management and operation of all GSA Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) facilities, provision of supplies, marketing of all related business lines and determination of Federal Agency requirements.
