How many more need to die?

Catholics all over the United States periodically march to have abortion made a criminal act. When are Catholic and other Christian denominations going to protest gun violence and the ease with which guns can be purchased?

The disturbed young man in Florida was not shot and killed like Trayvon Martin, and Martin was armed with Tic Tacs. This young man was put in an ambulance when he was taken to jail, unlike Freddie Gray in Baltimore. Could there be some discrimination? If guns were not so easy to get, the police wouldn’t feel so threatened. The police need to be protected too. The two great Commandments of Christian churches are — number one — love God. The NRA has replaced love thy neighbor with the Second Amendment.

How many more have to die?

The Pledge (of Allegiance) should read “one nation under gun, with liberty and justice for all those who can afford it.”

If anyone is offended by my opinion, complain to the families of those who died by a gun.
