How do you say goodbye to a great man? Howard Simpson chose to be a great man. It is said that values define your character. Over the many years I have known him, Howard has modeled intelligence without arrogance, strength without force, loyalty without compromise and kindness without reservation. He also demonstrated that he valued honesty, integrity, respect, fairness, good citizenship and commitment. Howard was a man of his word who loved his faith, family, friends and Prince Edward County. I will miss him.
