Longwood University women’s soccer team receives academic honor

Longwood University’s women’s soccer team, coming off a runner-up finish in the Big South and the program’s first trip to the Big South tournament title game, was honored with the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for posting a team grade point average of at least 3.0 during the 2016-17 academic year.
