Did you gain a bit more weight over the holidays than you wanted? Are your clothes fitting just a bit too tightly? Central Virginia Community Health Center (CVCHC) in Arvonia just may have the answer for you. Weight Watchers can be a wonderful support to those who are looking to maintain healthy weight. Buckingham currently does not an organized group to support those who want to lose weight. CVCHC wants to know who in the community would be interested in a Weight Watchers group. A survey to find out the best times for an informational meeting is the first step. If you are interested, please follow this link: https://www. surveymonkey.com/r/ HHKV7K8. This will provide feedback to CVCHC. Please share this link with anyone you think might be interested. Together, let’s stay healthy.
