Dorothy Elizabeth Williams, of Cumberland, celebrated her 100th birthday at The Woodlands on Jan. 15. She was joined by members of her Sharon Baptist Church. The Cumberland County Board of Supervisors presented Mrs. Williams with a resolution celebrating her 100th year.
