The Prince Edward County High School varsity girls basketball team celebrates, posing for a photo with the trophy it earned by winning the Cumberland Christmas Tournament over the weekend. The Lady Eagles defeated host Cumberland County High School 48-26 in the championship game Saturday. On Friday, the first day of the tourney, the Lady Eagles edged Altavista Combined School 40-38.
