Dominion Energy is reporting on its website that more than a thousand customers are without power in Prince Edward County on Tuesday evening due to a broken pole.

On its outage map, Dominion highlights a region centered around Prospect and extending widely up and down Route 460 past Tuggle in one direction and past Five Forks Road in the other. The number of customers without power in this region is listed as 1,024, with the estimated time of restoration listed as midnight to 3 a.m.
