Eleven-year-old Barrett Motter holds a 25 1/2-inch long chain pickerel that he caught in September while on a Boy Scouts camping trip at a private lake in Cumberland County. A sixth-grader at Prince Edward County Middle School, Barrett has been fishing for eight years.
