Harvest sale set

The Prospect Volunteer Fire Department will host its 57th Annual Harvest Sale on Saturday at the Prospect Fire House. The yard and bake sale starts at 7 a.m., the auction at 1 p.m. and a barbecue supper at 4 p.m.
Look for Edwina and Julian Covington on Saturday and wish them a very happy 51st anniversary.
Jennifer Jones enjoyed having lunch on Sunday following church with her mother, Judy Bolt, and grandmother, Mrs. Flora Bolt.
The “Breakfast Bunch,” consisting of Betty and Don Meadows, Shirley and George Moore and Margaret and Richard Stockton, enjoyed breakfast and fellowship on Monday at Merk’s Place.
Friends and neighbors are praying for a speedy recovery for Carol Schall, Frances P. Motley, of Hampton, and Betty Jean Bolt.
