The Farmville Recreation Department (FRD) offers opportunities to play pickleball Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m. at the Firemen’s Sports Arena at 1328 Zion Hill Road. The cost to participate is $2 per player. Pickleball is an increasingly popular sport for all ages that combines pingpong, tennis and badminton.
