RICHMOND — The National Federation of Independent Businesses’ (NFIB) Virginia Political Action Committee has endorsed 59th House District Del. Matt Fariss.
Fariss, a Republican who represents Buckingham County in the Virginia House of Delegates, is seeking reelection, and faces opposition from Democrat Tracy Carver, independent David Wade Ball and Green Party candidate Marcus T. Sutphin.
“Our members support the candidates who support small businesses,” Nicole Riley, NFIB’s state director, said in a press release. “We need legislators who understand the challenges facing Virginia’s job creators. We need to elect the candidates who oppose higher taxes and support sensible regulations that will enable small businesses to grow and create jobs.”
