CUMBERLAND — A 32-year-old Farmville man pled guilty to a charge of aggravated sexual battery with a victim 13 years old or younger Aug. 1 in Cumberland County Circuit Court.

According to the online court database, Christopher Hines will be sentenced Oct. 24.

Hines also faces charges of indecent act with child by parent, sexual battery and indecent liberties with child 15 or younger, all of which he has not entered a plea to.

Hines was originally arrested Nov. 1.

According to a court order, a presentence report and psycho-sexual evaluation were ordered by the court.
