SOUTH HILL — The Southern Virginia Go Region 3 Council and its advisory committees will hold two public meetings Aug. 29.

According to a press release, the meetings will provide an update on the Region 3 Growth and Diversification Plan and will serve as an opportunity to understand the project solicitation process. One meeting will be held from 8 a.m.-noon at The Prizery, located at 700 Bruce St. in South Boston, while the other meeting will be held from 2-6 p.m. at Southside Virginia Community College/Daniel Workforce Center, located at 200 Danville Road in Keysville.
