Two people were shot in the 100 block of Hatton Lane on Sunday in Prince Edward County.

According to a Prince Edward County Sheriff’s Department press release, deputies responded at approximately 1:20 a.m.

“Upon arriving on scene, deputies located two individuals who were suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds,” police said in the release. “They were transported to Centra Southside Community Hospital for treatment of their injuries.”
