Fuqua School varsity girls lacrosse team

The Fuqua School varsity girls lacrosse team finished as runner-up in the Blue Ridge Conference (BRC) tournament Saturday in its first season as a varsity squad. Harper Melton was named Most Valuable Player of BRC, making the all-conference first team along with Nataliia Berezhnaia and Charlotte Haney. Irene Thornton received honorable mention.
