We are members of Senior Girl Scout Troop 64, and we recently performed an activity to identify needs in our community.
Our troop concluded that there is a shortage of recreational opportunities in Farmville. After some consideration, we have thought of a few ideas. Our first thought is to bring a Putt-Putt Fun Center or a similar business to Farmville.
This would provide a safe, fun environment for people of all ages to gather. Another solution is to bring in a roller skating rink. This would draw customers from surrounding counties as well as from Farmville.
Many children in the Farmville area miss out on privileges that children in other areas take for granted.
One of these privileges is having a variety of entertainment venues available to them. We would love to give back to our community and are open to any ideas. We can be contacted via Instagram @farmvillefun.
