Spreading God’s Gifts Inc., a non-profit organization that helps individuals in their hour of need in Buckingham and surrounding areas, will host its annual Valentine’s Dinner at First Baptist Church in Dillwyn at 5 p.m.

Door prizes will be given and dinner and music will be provided by pianist Brenda Absher, of Dillwyn.

Hint: When boiling your corn, add sugar instead of salt because salt will make the corn tough.

The Buckingham County Christian Fellowship Association, a non- profit organization, will hold its regular monthly meeting Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at Teresa’s Place at Spouses Corner in Dillwyn for breakfast.
