The next meeting of the Friends of Sailor’s Creek Battlefield volunteer support group will be held from 1:30-3 p.m. Jan. 16 at the Battlefield Visitor Center.

Anyone interested in joining and/or simply curious about the group are more than welcome to attend the meeting as a guest.

Sailor’s Creek Battlefield State Park is in Rice, 6541 Saylers Creek Road.
