Ruby Mae Shaver “Meme” Connatser age 90 of Dillwyn, returned to her heavenly home on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the farm she loved so much. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her and gave her peace.

Ruby was a homemaker and her kitchen became the meeting place of family and friends, especially those in search of her renowned biscuits, that no one has ever been able to duplicate, and her milk gravy. She will always be remembered for her great fortitude, quick wit and her love of family.
