FARMVILLE — Town businesses will not see garbage or cardboard pickup on Friday in observance of Veterans Day. “All other scheduled garbage and cardboard collection for this week remain the same,” public works officials said in a town press release. “Collections will resume on their normal schedules next week.” In addition, there will be no loose-leaf collection Friday. Spot pickup will span through Nov. 10 in Area One of the town, officials said. “Please remember that loose leaves must be free of all other debris, including brush and limbs.
