Prince Edward County High School senior golfer Henry Lutz won the Virginia High School League Group 2A State Championship on Tuesday at Heritage Oaks Golf Course in Harrisonburg out of a field of 72 players. In the two-round event, he shot an even-par 70 in both 18-hole rounds. The week prior at the same course, he won the Region 2A East Championship with a 73. In the photo, he holds the plaque commemorating his regional title.
