Louden V. Marshall Jr. was honored with a service award and cake for 11 years of service to the Buckingham/Cumberland Farm Service Agency (FSA) County Committee. Marshall represented farmers from the eastern region of Cumberland County while administering federal farm programs on behalf of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
