A retirement celebration will be held Tuesday, Oct. 18 from 6-8 p.m. at the Farmville-Prince Edward County Community Library for Peggy Epperson, who has retired from the Central Virginia Regional Library System after 25 years of service. The celebration, hosted by the Friends of the Farmville-Prince Edward Community Library and the Friends of the Buckingham County Public Library, is free and open to the public.
