The Longwood University men’s golf team did not begin the 2016 season the way it would have preferred, placing 14th out of 16 teams at the 2016 Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational on Tuesday, but the Lancers showed improvement in the back half of the two-day event. They will look to carry that momentum into the Eastern Kentucky/Raising Canes Intercollegiate on Saturday and Sunday.
