Bowman guilty of selling drugs

A 48-year old Green Bay man could spend one year in prison after being found guilty of selling prescription pills.
A Prince Edward County jury found Henry Bowman guilty of felony distribution of a Schedule III Controlled Substance on Friday, according to Commonwealth’s Attorney Megan Clark.
“The charge stems from the defendant selling prescription pills to an individual in Prince Edward County,” she said.
Formal sentencing will take place Oct. 27.
According to the Virginia Circuit Court Case Information System, the offense date is listed as May 8, 2015.
Bowman could also face a $500,000 fine.
