H-SC’s McMichael announces freshman class

Hampden-Sydney Soccer Head Coach Ian McMichael recently announced his incoming freshman class. The 16-member recruiting class features eight student-athletes from Virginia, including Prince Edward County High School standout Niko Reinson, along with seven from North Carolina and one from Alabama.
The Virginia recruits include Yafet Cole, of Stafford, Ian Connor, of Midlothian, Austin Kesler, of Chesapeake, Brad Malarkey, of Newport News, Josh McCormack, of Stafford, Colin Penn, of Martinsville, Brian Tarnai, of Glen Allen, and Reinson, of Farmville.
The North Carolina recruits include Michael Bell, of Raleigh, Cole Burton, of Mebane, Spell Carr, of Clinton, Ryan Killen, of Knightdale, Jacob Mann, of Mebane, Sean McMurray, of Apex, and Eli Strong, of Raleigh.
William Jackson, of Birmingham, Ala., rounds out the class of 16 players who have a remarkable combined high school GPA of 4.1.
